Managing change and transition is an essential but sometimes difficult task for any leader. This workshop will help you understand the three phases that take place in all changes and transitions. You will learn how to effectively lead your business and employees through significant changes, and our conversation will focus on:

-How much change people can actually manage
-How to communicate effectively to employees during change
-What employees want to know from their supervisors when change happens
-Learning the various stages that people experience when going through major change
-The key change moments in the organizational life cycle
