As Safe at Home Order restrictions are lifting, more than ever it is important for restaurant and food service operators to follow the new Los Angeles County Health Department COVID protocols to prevent infection resurgence that can cause the return of limited dining orders. We will explore Appendix changes, employee vaccines, customer cooperation with your mask policies, and the PPE Unite Program.
