China Naylor

SBDC Center:

China Naylor has served as the Assistant Program Manager and Associate Director at PCR Business Finance Small Business Development Center (SBDC) since March 2017. In her role, she manages daily operations and program development and collaborates with business advisors to enhance efficiency for clients in the greater Los Angeles area. China holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Grambling State University and an MBA in Digital Innovation Information Systems (DIIS) from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
