Concela Tarver is a financial services professional with over twenty years of experience. She is dedicated to providing comprehensive financial services, planning, and education. She earned her B.A. in Law and Society from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She also studied Women’s Entrepreneurship at Cornell University. Concela has honed her expertise through various certifications and programs. She holds a Series 6 and 63 securities, real estate, and life and health insurance licenses. Additionally, she is a NAV Certified Credit Specialist and a Trauma of Money Certified Practitioner.

Concela’s professional journey has included several roles at Fortune 500 companies, where she honed her skills in small business development, banking, finance, real estate, insurance, and investing. Concela is committed to financial literacy and assisting others with navigating critical financial stages of life. She has conducted over 500 workshops, educating individuals on business development, budgeting, debt reduction, and credit rebuilding. As a certified consumer credit counselor, she has actively contributed to community education programs, striving to empower individuals with financial knowledge and tools. Throughout her career, Concela has demonstrated a client-centric approach, a commitment to compliance, and a passion for empowering individuals to navigate their financial journeys with confidence and resilience.
