Jorge Chavarin is a retired U.S. Marine Corps veteran, leveraging 24+ years of proven experience in organizational leadership, operations, training, and human resources. He is adept at leading teams of 25 within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Jorge oversaw nine departments with budgets, equipment, and assets valued at $200+M while providing strong leadership and expertise in strategic planning, project management, and budget oversight.

Jorge holds a Doctor of Education, MBA, bachelor’s degree, and pending PMP certification. He is bilingual in English/Spanish and earned the 2nd highest enlisted rank (E-8), achieved by only 2% of enlisted personnel.
