Mayra Cortes was born in Los Angeles and is proud to call herself an “Angeleno.” She is a business professional, entrepreneur, and innovation agent with diverse experience in training and development, instructional design, public relations, branding, digital marketing, marketing strategy, and consulting with organizations ranging from start-ups to medium-sized businesses and working in different industries ranging from manufacturing, construction, technology, finance, to beauty.

Driven by a desire to help organizations and individuals reach their highest potential, she is a skilled trainer, coach, and consultant. Mayra’s strength is driving process improvement and project management, and she thoroughly enjoys creating solutions to challenges with a service-minded approach. As a consultant, she draws on her extensive industry experience to analyze existing business problems. She assists individuals in developing sound business plans and strategies to amplify the bottom line and create a thriving workplace. Mayra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from William Jewell College and many other business and people development certifications, and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
