Robin Billups is a former banker with national success in Commercial Real Estate construction financing and Procurement/Supplier Diversity. Robin joined the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council-D.C. (WBENC) team as the National Business Development Manager, recruiting, retaining, and engaging corporate members across a broad sector of public and private entities. Robin established a business advisory focused on supply chain inclusion using her expertise and solid interpersonal skills. She contracts with entities and entrepreneurs to assess, coach, and develop strategic frameworks to identify viable contracts, reach economic goals, and provide compliance reporting. Known for aligning diversity/inclusion with corporate social responsibility commitments, tracking/reporting KPI metrics, certification requirements, identifying prospects, and deepening existing client relations while connecting relevant resources; she is an SME speaker/panelist/moderator. Robin has “been behind the curtain” in many business sectors. Thus, she is astute in thought leadership, relaying the critical components of culture and business operations. With an entrepreneurial spirit, the mission is to “Git in where you Fit in!” Robin is married to Kenneth Billups Jr., has two adult sons, Ken III (Malaika) and Jared Preston, and has six adorable grandchildren. Originally from St. Louis, she is a diehard Cardinal baseball fan, a sports, travel, and music nut, an active community/board member, and always looking to be in His service—Jer 29:11.
