A reliance on working together is fundamental to both solving problems and preventing problems, and the abilities to “do more with less,” in all organizations, whether public or private, for-profit or non-profit. This seminar reveals blind spots to team work that are deeply embedded in how we think. The upcoming offering through ETI is part of a 16-year outreach effort that has welcomed over 1,000+ community leaders to Aerojet Rocketdyne.

Seminar Objective:  The objective of this 9-hour seminar is to explore the potential of “better thinking about our thinking,” with a very practical focus on how we work and learn together.

Who should attend?  Anyone who is concerned about improving the effectiveness of individuals and organizations will gain from this workshop and leave with new and deeper knowledge, and new connections to others. Past participants include individual contributors, senior managers, designers, students, human resource professionals, purchasing agents, accountants, health care professionals, civic leaders, university deans, professors, and others.

Seminar Leader – Dr. Bill Bellows is an Associate Fellow in the InThinking Network at Aerojet Rocketdyne in Canoga Park, CA, where he is known for integrating the thinking of W. Edwards Deming into Genichi Taguchi’s design system. He’s been a pioneer in developing ideas that include Mixed Model Management, Macro System Models, Micro System Models, and Purposeful Resource Leadership.
