The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) invites lenders to join them for a unique opportunity for your financial lending institution to obtain a fundamental overview training on the topic of 504 Refinance Training.
***Effective 5/26/16, the SBA 504 Debt Refinancing Program has been reauthorized (SBA published an Interim Final Rule that confirms the current regulation on debt refinancing 13 CFR 120.882(g) to the new statutory requirements). To prepare our lending community for this program update, we are offering a training class. This class will be taught by Mr. Brian Kearns, V.P. Executive Director of Coastal Business Finance.
