The objective of this seminar is to give potential and existing business owners the value of developing their employees and good customer service. Participants will discover how to hire and keep good employees by following a few simple recruiting and interviewing techniques.
They will also receive information on how to strengthen their businesses by developing employees and encouraging them to grow. Customer service is the life blood of any business, and during this segment the critical element of business success will be discussed in detail. Participants will receive various tips and suggestions on how to develop a customer service program that will keep their customers coming back and bringing their friends.
