Learn to use the newest version of QuickBooks accounting software for small and medium size businesses including but not limited to: • Navigating – The Homepage, The Menu Bar and Open Window List • Using lists – chart of accounts, customers, vendors, Items • Basic Sales – Invoicing and recording customer payments, • Bill Payment – Entering and paying bills • Banking – Bank accounts, transferring funds • Reporting -Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss statements This class is designed to give the user a better understanding of what QuickBooks has to offer and will help determine which version of the software is best suited for their business. ** Please note this is a 2-part QuickBooks course. The fee of $60 is for the attendance of the entire program (May 15th & May 17th). Attendees are expected to attend both days**
