This orientation and information session is a mandatory starting place and designed for aspiring entrepreneurs who would like to start a business. This orientation will provide you with an general introduction to:
- What the SBDC Organization is – services, process, expectation, and resources/programs specific for the SBDC center at Long Beach City College.
- Entrepreneurial Landscape
- Entrepreneurial Readiness
- How to define your target market(s), competitors, pricing strategy, unique selling/value proposition, distribution channels
- Cost Projections
- Funding options – what do lenders typically expect, alternative funding options
- And much more!
**This Orientation does not apply to any other SBDC Centers.**
