Businesses should bring the following documents so we can assist with eligibility and grant applications:

Business Document Checklist

– Signed and unaltered Federal 2019 tax returns (upload ALL pages)

– Official filing with the California Secretary of State (which must be active) or local municipality, as applicable, for your business:

– Articles of Incorporation

– Certificate of Organization

– Fictitious Business Name Filing

– Professional License, if applicable

– Government-Issued Business License

– Government-issued or foreign photo ID for business principals, which include Matricula Cards or Passport

– Valid bank account (required)
