QuickBooks Online Boot Camp

In this day long, fast-paced and all inclusive, workshop participants will learn how to set up their company file from scratch; how to create a quality chart of accounts; how to create new vendors, customer, items, and accounts. You will also learn how to pay bills, invoice customers, receive payments, make deposits and reconcile bank accounts. An introduction to the report center will be covered, including how to create a Profit & Loss Statement and a Balance Sheet. Ideal for business owners, office managers, and bookkeepers who are brand new to QuickBooks, as well as, existing users who would like some formal education in one of these QuickBooks features. Training held in a computer lab with limited seating. Please note that there will be a half an hour break lunch break, lunch is not provided.
Enter the College of the Canyons campus from Rockwell Canyon Road onto University Center Drive. Follow University Center Drive to where it ends (near the umbrella bench area)here you will find the parking kiosk lot#14. Purchase a $3 parking pass, place it on your dashboard and park in any “COMPACT” parking spot. Lot 14 is located closest to the University Center, the class will take place on the second floor room #272. Be sure to arrive 30 minutes early, this is a large campus with many students. Pre-registration is required.
