The largest fixed cost of owning a bar is rent, and with the timeline for reopening uncertain, bar owners need to assess their current cash flow and negotiate a plan for rent relief with their commercial landlords.
Join LA SBDC Business Advisor and commercial leasing expert Karie Armstrong for a one-hour webinar to learn how to assess your bar’s cash flow and business viability, and prepare for rent negotiations with your landlord.
Karie will cover options for abated rent, reduced rent, and partial deferment, plus accessing legal resources. She will also address how commercial tenants and landlords can outline and negotiate a deal that will keep businesses in place and able to recover.
