BOIR Requirement is Back On. On February 18, 2025, the U.S. District Court reinstated the Beneficial Ownership Information Report (BOIR) requirement, lifting all temporary holds on filing deadlines. In response to this, FinCEN has extended the deadline by 30 calendar days from February 19, 2025.
