This webinar will teach business owners the requirements for setting up a “professional” corporation often used by therapists, accountants, lawyers, doctors, and nurses, such as the creation of corporate documents, filing requirements with the CA Secretary of State, application and approval by state licensing agencies such as the Board of Behavioral Sciences and the Board of Accountancy, bylaws language required by certain agencies, and limitations on ownership and transferring stock to third parties.
