The City of West Covina is pleased to announce that the City will be participating in Small Business Saturday this year.  Small Business Saturday, started by American Express, is held the Saturday after Thanksgiving and is designed to promote and support small businesses throughout the United States. Small Business Saturday not only seeks participation from small businesses to help promote them, it also encourages residents to “shop local” and “shop small”.

The City will be proclaiming November 26, 2016 as Small Business Saturday. The proclamation presentation will be held during the City Council meeting at the West Covina Council Chambers (located at 1444 W. Garvey Avenue South, West Covina, CA 91790) at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 15, 2016
