Creating an Effective Business Plan

Having a business planning process is a necessity for your business whether you are trying to build an internal roadmap for your business concept or you are looking for funding. This workshop will cover all aspects of creating a business plan, as well as emphasize the importance of setting measurable strategies and tactics to help achieve these goals.

Please Note: The Pasadena SBDC is not on the Pasadena City College Main Campus. We are located on the Foothill Campus. For parking, please park in Lot C or Lot D and purchase a $2 daily parking pass at the new parking kiosks. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to find parking and workshop location. Workshop will begin promptly.
Also, please be mindful that our workshops are currently limited to a maximum of 10 attendees so that our instructors can work more closely with you during the class. No shows greatly impact these workshops. Please register with the intent to attend.
