Learn How to Buy Your Own Building with Federal Funding

FreeEffective January 1st the U.S Small Business Administration (SBA) and Department of Agriculture (USDA) updated the commercial real estate funding programs. More businesses are eligible and it is easier to buy your own building with as little as a 10% down payment. During this workshop you will learn about the new funding programs, the application process and how to qualify.
