The “Restaurant Start-Up” Workshop is for the aspiring restaurateur, or existing restaurant owner expanding their business. We will discuss the critical path to opening a successful restaurant as well as identify industry specific challenges unique to restaurant operations.

Topics include:

  • Capital requirements
  • One year count down and check list
  • Restaurant math
  • Resources and tools.
