This 3-hour workshop is designed for small business owners from all industries who are interested in understanding financial information at a practical, hands-on level. No financial background or training is necessary to attend. The workshop is conducted by financial experts of the National Development Council (NDC), a private not-for-profit organization that specializes in economic development finance and in obtaining financing for small and medium-sized businesses. You will learn:
- How to read balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements
- How to prepare budgets
- How to apply this information to your company’s daily operations
