This Live Class with a Webinar join in option, takes a simple transactional task, demonstrates waste and immediately applies lean concepts to eliminate it. This Live/Webinar training will teach participants what waste is, how to identify it and the continuous improvement mentality to help eliminate waste.
Objective: To provide the participants with the skills to identify and eliminate waste using a structured and methodical approach. Define Customers and Suppliers, Input-Process-Output (IPO), Voice of the Customer (VOC), Rework Loops and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), The 8 Wastes, Inventory Management, Kanban Signals, Standard Forms, Poka Yoke.
