The “Restaurant Start-Up” workshop is for the aspiring restaurateur, or existing restaurant owner expanding their business. We will discuss the critical path to opening a successful restaurant as well as identify industry specific challenges unique to restaurant operations. We’ll discuss capital requirements, the “one year count down” and check list, “restaurant math”, resources, and tools.
