Industry Benchmarks allow restaurant owners to understand what their costs should be and how to optimize operations.
This workshop will review the industry benchmarks that all restaurants should be tracking to maximize profits.

Please Note: This workshop is located at the Pasadena City College’s satellite campus in Rosemead. The workshop will take place at our Rosemead Campus (4105 Rosemead Blvd., Rosemead, CA 91770). Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to find parking and workshop location. Workshop will begin promptly.
Also, please be mindful that our workshops are currently limited to a maximum of 10 attendees so that our instructors can work more closely with you during the class. No shows greatly impact these workshops. Please register with the intent to attend.
