WEBINAR Fast Track Start-Up Crash Course Series

FreeImportant Note: At the request of our previous class attendees, due to the amount of material we cover, we have expanded Fast Track from 2 classes of 3 hours to 3 classes of 2 hours. This should allow more class participation and overall time to digest the amount of information we will be covering…Also, as requested each class will be broken down into instruction, class discussion and a practicum.
With that said:
Take our 3-day Fast Track “bootcamp” program. This course was developed by industry professionals to provide you the basic tools you need to start your business. This is ideal for prospective businesses with little to no time but a willingness and desire to learn the language of business, determine whether starting a business makes sense and if so, specific steps to start the business.
This is an intensive class and class participation is required. Plus, to ensure you have a successful business launch plan to attend all three classes.
Day 1: September 15th (3pm-5pm) So You Want to Be a Business Owner—This is our kick-off class. In this class we will introduce you to what it takes to be an entrepreneur, core business fundamentals, legal structures (DBA, LLC, C-Corp, S-Corp).
Day 2: September 20th (3pm-5pm) OK, What Do I Do Now? This is a critical class where we review funding alternatives, start-up costs and revenue generation. We will review accounting/financial templates as well to ensure your understanding.
Day 3: September 22nd (3pm-5pm) Hmmm, I Guess Its Time to Write a Business Plan—This is the final class of the Fast Track series. In this class we will focus on highlighting marketing concepts and explaining key elements in a traditional/lean business plan. We will review specific formats as well.
