Have you been in business at least 3yrs? Can you take a 1 week vacation from your business and it not fall apart? Do you have all aspects of your business under control? Are you working in your business, rather than on your business? Can you use a boost in sales/production? If you answered “no” to any of these questions it’s time for Business Reconnaissance!

These classes will help:

  • You find your weak links and your hidden opportunities to propel upward.
  • You will gain knowledge about managing your business more efficiently.
  • You will create a strategy to keep your business outliving you.
  • You will learn how to get access to capital.
