In this introductory workshop, we will talk about the legal side of your new business and what you should be aware of in order protect and grow your business.
We will provide an overview of:
– Common legal matters relating to any business
– Legally forming your business (Corporation? LLC? Partnership?)
– Contracts
– Hiring a lawyer
Attendees of this workshop can sign-up for one of our Business Start Labs covering LLC formation and contract drafting. Business Start Labs are limited to a small group of entrepreneurs and provide more hands-on guidance.
