This workshop addresses the key challenges facing most entrepreneurs who have overcome their first hurdle of starting a business and generating sales. We discuss some critical issues affecting growth, including being undercapitalized, lack of effective planning, ineffective marketing, poor sales management, and lack of a defined exit strategy.
