U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) invites you to join us for a unique opportunity for your financial lending institution to attend a two-part session on the topics of Reviewing a Business Valuation and Fundamentals of Machinery and Equipment Appraisals. Join us for one or both. These training topics would be beneficial for your SBA Advantage 7(a) loans in the cases for business acquisition or purchase of another business.

Session 1: Reviewing a Business Valuation

The first session, Reviewing a Business Valuation, will give you the insights you need to review a business valuation, communicate its findings to others, and support the loan approval. The seminar will focus on the critical high points of the business valuation.

Session 2: Fundamentals of Machinery and Equipment Appraisals

The second session, Fundamentals of Machinery and Equipment Appraisals, provides a summary description of the appraisal process and report conclusions, including the information needed by an appraiser and how the value is determined.
