Waste is in all places within a company, and it is not strictly limited to the manufacturing floor. We’ll look at a simple transactional tasks, identify and demonstrate waste and immediately apply lean concepts to eliminate it. This webinar will teach participants what waste is, how to identify it and the continuous improvement mentality to help eliminate waste.
