This workshop is ideal for business owners to learn how to develop, design, and define a business model. A business model is what defines a business and its practice. In this workshop, attendees will learn how to first define their business model with the CANVAS model and they will be given a template as a tool.
Know your clients, how to distribute, where to advertise, what strategies will work to make a good sells, etc.
