In this class we will introduce & define the discipline we call market intelligence. The purpose of this class is to provide a broad overview of the importance, tools and approach used today. In addition to providing latest economic, industry, market, and consumer trends we will review the market intelligence methodologies used to gather this information. At the end of class participants will be assigned to develop a 1-page summary on their business idea or business for review during Class 2.
